  1. Rosemary, I wonder how long this has been going on? The Cornell article says it was approved a few years ago, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this was before Obama. Bush wasn’t exactly against unconstitutional surveillance. Both political parties are trampling the Bill of Rights and have been for years. As it’s been said many times, this is no longer about Republicans vs. Democrats, it’s the State vs. citizens.

  2. I know some of it in the southwest is to track trafficking and that’s probably legit I don’t get the inland stuff. And, you’re right about Bush… not much better in this area.
